We want you to be happy with your purchase but we also understand things happen and your purchase may not have exceeded your expectations. All returns or replacements of purchases must be requested with our technical support team within 15 days from original ship date. Our technical support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you to place on your shipment. TMS must receive the product within 15 days of RMA issue date for full return consideration. Any package returned without an RMA number cannot be accepted and may result in service delays. Product box must be clean and undamaged, complete with all manuals, cables, etc. just as you received. If all packaging and accessories are not returned, a deduction may be made from your refund. If the product is tested and the problem cannot be duplicated a fee may be charged and the product will be returned to you. Deployment services such as encryption, application loads, terminal programming, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee per device. In the case that the restocking fee is greater than the credit amount to be issued, a 25% restocking fee per device will be applied. All refurb products are "as-is" and cannot be exchanged or returned. Should the device prove to be defective upon delivery, please contact our technical support team within 15 days from original ship date.
